Our customer support team usually communicates with our clients via email and post notices about the upcoming projects. All the notices, disclosures, agreements, and other communications we have with our clients electronically meet all the legal requirements.
All the content on this website, like the texts, logos, graphics, audio clips, digital downloads, button icons, images, and software, are secured by international copyright laws.
The clients should ensure that they keep all the business terms, the data, payment related notices confidential. During our agreements, all such information would be restricted from any accessibility of the third party.
The interference or damage of such valuable information and data would cause irreparable loss to both our organization and our clients. The clients shall safeguard all the mentioned confidential information with care against any loss, mishandling approach, theft, and any inadvertent disclosure.
Besides, the clients also should not transfer, share, or divulge the restricted information by any means without the consent of our authority.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We have a refund policy which governs how we decide in cases of customer dissatisfaction. We give a full refund in cases of double payment, erroneous payment, or order cancellation within 24 hours of making payment. In cases where the work is delivered and the client is not satisfied with the design/content/service, we allow unlimited revisions to the design/content/service. In case the client is still not satisfied, we may allow a partial refund based on a case to case basis.
The clients are allowed to make the payments only through the payment links provided by the authorized customer care team of Floatingchip. The payment links are generated after reviewing the client requirements and are custom made for each client. Any cash payment is strictly prohibited. We will start working on your order only after the completion of advance payment or full payment for your requested service.
We also have the right to provide discounts on the pricing for certain marketing promotions. These discounts are valid only for a limited time period. It is entirely the user’s responsibility to apply a specific discount code at checkout.
